Qualifications

• Knowledge and appropriate implementation of applicable regulatory and professional standards.
• Effective oral and written communication skills, including documentation in the patient care record (EMR).
• Ability to handle multiple projects and initiatives and make appropriate decisions in stressful situations.
• Ability to maintain good working relationships and collaborate with other departments to ensure continuity of patient care.
• Develop and implement educational processes for all team members and able to function as manager in the absence of the manager.
