Job summary

You will lead a team of Resource Coordinators, partnering with hiring managers, payroll, and business leaders to balance staffing and drive operational efficiency.

The role requires 5+ years in resource coordination or staffing, with recruiting experience and proficiency in Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, operations management, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of resource coordination, workforce planning, staffing operations or related field.
• Recruiting experience, preferably in staffing agencies or high-volume environments.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar workforce management systems.
• Ability to lead, organize, problem-solve and communicate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of Resource Coordinators to drive accountability and performance.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and employee assignment activities.
• Ensure employees meet training, safety, compliance, and onboarding requirements before deployment.
• Coordinate workforce planning, resource forecasting, and assignment tracking for objectives.
• Partner with payroll, billing, HR, and operations to ensure accurate data and allocation.
