Job summary

EnerSys is seeking a Recruiter to manage high-volume, full-cycle recruitment across multiple departments from its Pinellas Park, FL location. You will partner with hiring managers to craft accurate candidate profiles, screen candidates by phone and conduct structured interviews, and coordinate interview logistics to ensure timely feedback and offers.

The role requires 1–3 years of recruiting experience, a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, and familiarity with ATS such as SAP

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably in a high volume environment.
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) and HRIS tools.

Responsibilities

Manage high‑volume, full‑cycle recruitment for multiple departments.
Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements and candidate profiles.
Conduct phone screens and structured interviews to evaluate fit and qualifications.
Coordinate interviews and assemble interview panels, ensuring timely feedback.
Develop sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, and talent databases.
Maintain recruitment documentation within ATS/HRIS systems and ensure compliance.
