You will lead a team of Resource Coordinators, partnering with hiring managers, payroll, and business leaders to balance staffing and drive operational efficiency.

The role requires 5+ years in resource coordination or staffing, with recruiting experience and proficiency in Salesforce.

  • 5+ years of resource coordination, workforce planning, staffing operations or related field.
  • Recruiting experience, preferably in staffing agencies or high-volume environments.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar workforce management systems.
  • Ability to lead, organize, problem-solve and communicate across teams.

As a Lead Resource Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring qualified personnel are successfully recruited, onboarded, and assigned to support our internal customers. You will lead a team of Resource Coordinators while partnering with hiring managers, employees, payroll, and business leaders to support workforce planning and operational needs. Your day will involve balancing staffing priorities, coordinating employee resources, ensuring compliance requirements are met, and improving the driving process that positively impact safety, quality, and financial performance.

How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of Resource Coordinators to drive accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and employee assignment activities to support business and customer needs.
  • Ensure employees meet all required training, safety, compliance, and onboarding requirements before deployment.
  • Coordinate workforce planning activities, resource forecasting, and assignment tracking to support short- and long-term business objectives .
  • Partner with payroll, billing, HR, and operational teams to ensure accurate employee data, compensation, and resource allocation.
  • Develop and improve processes, policies, and procedures that enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources , Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred (equivalent experience considered ).
  • 5+ years of experience in resource coordination, workforce planning, staffing operations, or a related field; experience in energy, utilities, engineering, or construction industries is strongly preferred.
  • Recruiting experience, preferably within a staffing agency or high-volume staffing environment.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar workforce management systems.
  • Demonstrated leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
