Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a Resource Coordinator to support internal and external customers by providing qualified personnel in a TEAM setting. The role has direct safety, quality, and financial impact to Siemens Energy.

You’ll handle recruiting, onboarding, assignments coordination, and ensure staff have the needed IT assets and uniforms, while maintaining accurate data in Salesforce. Collaboration and proactive communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Handles customer manpower needs with guidance from internal departments.
• Performs professional work independently in a TEAM setting.
• Supports workload fluctuations and assists teammates as needed.
• Collaborates with payroll and billing to meet SESI goals.
• Displays proactive communication and problem-solving in operations.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting for qualified manpower needs and scheduling.
• Onboarding new hires and coordinating assignments with employees and customers.
• Ensure job requirements and training are met for each assignment.
• Verify IT assets/tools and proper Siemens uniforms for staff.
• Data entry and assignment management in Salesforce.
• Communicate safety and HR issues to management promptly.
• Assist with performance evaluations and related actions.
• Coordinate payroll and billing processes for SESI staff.
