Siemens Energy is seeking a Technician Resource Manager to coordinate and dispatch field service technicians, balance skills and certifications, and support workforce planning and training compliance. You’ll coach direct reports and collaborate with operations, project management, and field teams to deliver safe, successful customer outcomes.

The role emphasizes optimizing utilization, planning for capacity, and maintaining a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years supporting a field service organization.
• Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch field service technicians to outages, maintenance, inspections, and projects based on skills, availability, and priorities.
• Partner with operations and project teams to develop resource plans enabling safe, efficient customer work.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance discussions for direct reports.
• Oversee workforce administration including training compliance, travel coordination, time and attendance, onboarding, and forecasting.
• Monitor demand and capacity to identify staffing gaps and mitigate risks for long-term planning.
• Promote a strong safety culture by ensuring resources are trained and aligned with policies.
