Qualifikationen

• NADSP Frontline Supervisor certification or eligible within three months.
• Strong leadership, accountability and sound judgment.
• Calm, consistent direction during challenging situations.
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and driving eligibility.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily operations of a one-person specialized residential program.
• Provide hands-on support and supervise direct support professionals.
• Promote safety, independence, dignity and community participation.
• Ensure adherence to Individual Support Plan, Behavioral Support Plan and medical protocols.
• Supervise, coach, train and support direct support professionals.
• Develop and maintain a stable, well-trained staff team.
• Assist with staff scheduling and ensure coverage.
• Monitor timely completion of required documentation.
• Coordinate appointments, activities, transportation and community outings.
• Recognize changes in behavior, emotion or medical needs and communicate concerns.
• Respond to emergencies and follow crisis intervention procedures.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, medical and admin departments.
• Maintain compliance with Pennsylvania Chapter 6400 regulations and BrightPath policies.
• Participate in meetings, training, on-call duties and other supervisory tasks.
• Act as the Program Specialist as outlined in 6400 regulations.
