Job summary

Brightli is seeking a dedicated Residential Advanced Support Staff member to provide direct, supportive care for clients. You will monitor health, assist in crisis interventions, and help implement treatment plans within a safe environment.

Working with a treatment team, you will document observations, report concerns, and facilitate group education/activities while following all policy and training requirements.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of confidentiality laws governing treatment of substance use and mental health disorders.
• Ability to establish rapport with client population and communicate clearly in reports.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and supportive care while monitoring client health and safety.
• Assist treatment team in identifying client strengths, needs and preferences.
• Document behaviors and progress in client records and report concerns.
• Educate clients in daily activities and facilitate education/rec stand-alone groups.

Education
