Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Total management of a community group home operating 24/7/365.
• Provide quality care, implement procedures, and coordinate home operations.
• Report to the Associate Director and coordinate with departments.
• Maintain safety, dignity, privacy, and rights of consumers.
• Monitor health, schedule, and documentation; respond to inquiries.
• Develop and monitor Individual Service Plans and care plans.
• Supervise staff, conduct meetings, and ensure adequate staffing.
• On-call responsibilities and timely paperwork submission.
• Manage program vehicle maintenance and budgeting support.
