Job summary

MARCH, Inc. of Manchester is seeking a Residential Program Manager in Willimantic, CT. The role oversees a residential program for adults with I/DD, ensures compliance with DDS licensing and agency policies, and leads DSP supervision, documentation, and team coordination.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree with supervisory experience and a background in residential settings. This full‑time position requires strong organization and communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services, social work, psychology or related field.
• Supervisory/management experience required.
• Experience with I/DD populations and residential settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Direct Support Professionals (DSP).
• Ensures operations comply with DDS licensing and agency policies.
• Maintains records, budgets and required documentation; participates in IPs and team meetings.
• Represents the agency to families and community partners; provides emergency coverage as needed.
