Job summary

Damar Services, LLC is seeking a Residential Manager to lead daily operations in our Children's Residential Services. You will supervise staff, coordinate onboarding, and ensure high-quality client care while adhering to agency policies and regulatory requirements.

The role involves risk-aware leadership, collaboration with families and professionals, and ongoing staff development to uphold treatment standards and safety for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year people management experience preferred.
• Must be able to verify one of the educational qualifications listed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day residential operations of assigned campus or group home.
• Manage Lead Staff recruitment, training, coaching, and performance appraisal processes.
• Onboard new staff to align with client care expectations and agency policies.
• Coordinate outings and ensure client safety during activities.
• Liaise with families, professionals, guardians, and referring agencies to ensure best outcomes.
