You will ensure program operations, supervise DSP staff, and maintain compliance with licensing rules while delivering person‑centered supports. The role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to handle multiple deadlines in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services, social work, psychology or related field preferred.
• Supervisory/Management experience required.
• Experience with IDD population and residential settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Direct Support Professionals and ensure quality services.
• Maintain licensing compliance and organizational policies.
• Develop individual plans and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams.
