Job summary

IMPACT, Inc. (formerly MARC Community Resources) is seeking a Residential Manager to oversee daily operations of the community living arrangement (CLA).

You will supervise staff, manage facility needs, and ensure compliance with DDS and regulatory standards to safeguard the health and safety of residents. The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least 5 years in DD/ID settings with supervisory duties, and proficiency in MS Office and Therap.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience working with DD/ID population which includes supervisory experience.
• Experience working with the Department of Developmental Disabilities strongly preferred.
• Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with the use of Therap preferred.
• A team player with high energy levels is ideal and strong leadership qualities.
• Ability to exercise patience, understanding and the confidence to problem solve.
• Flexibility in schedule

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the community living arrangement (CLA).
• Manage staff development and supervision for the CLA.
• Maintain facility management and ensure compliance with DDS, state & federal regulations/law.
• Assist in developing and implementing systems, procedures and policies affecting CLA operations.
• Ensure health and safety of individuals living in the programs.
