Qualifikationen

• Requires High School diploma / GED.
• 3 - 4 years of commercial or multi-unit property maintenance experience.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Multilingual skills are a plus; 5 - 7 years of experience can offset minimum education requirements.

Aufgaben

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff; assist in hiring, discipline, and performance reviews.
• Repair and maintain mechanical equipment including HVAC; diagnose, disassemble, clean, and replace parts.
• Perform routine to advanced carpentry duties (doors, jambs, moldings, drywall, painting).
• Carry out electrical tasks (inspect lighting, wiring, power circuits; replace switches/ballasts).
• Handle plumbing tasks (unclog sinks/toilets; fix faucets; pipes).
• Interface with contractors and vendors; prepare specifications and secure bids.
