Houston Homes, LLC in Missouri is seeking an experienced Residential Construction Superintendent to lead on-site field operations, manage trade partners, and deliver a top-notch homebuying experience.

The role covers directing daily field activities, enforcing quality and safety standards, controlling costs, and maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors, buyers, and internal teams throughout the build process.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential production building or field management experience.
• Strong understanding of blueprints, construction methods and building codes.
• Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven time management, decisiveness and adaptability under fast-paced job site conditions.
• Must be located in the greater St. Louis area with reliable commute to job sites across counties.

Responsabilités

• Direct daily field operations and schedule subcontractors to meet timelines.
• Inspect work daily to enforce quality standards and safety compliance.
• Track project costs and monitor variances to prevent overruns.
• Conduct homebuyer reviews, walkthroughs and progress updates.
• Motivate and supervise trade partners to ensure quality and site cleanliness.
• Collaborate with sales, project managers and trades to maintain clear communication.
• Prepare daily, monthly, and quarterly field and cost reports.
