View Homes LLC is seeking a professional Superintendent to oversee all aspects of home building, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to budgets and schedules. You will drive a culture of continual improvement across the team and company.

Role requires at least 2 years of residential construction experience, a valid driver’s license, and familiarity with BuildPro or similar tools. Collaboration with Sales and customers is essential to ensure timely, 100% complete homes at closing.

Qualifications

• Proficient with PCs and Windows applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to learn and apply company procedures.

Responsibilities

• Inspect each home under construction and communicate issues to the appropriate department.
• Ensure job site safety, cleanliness, and SWPPP compliance.
• Oversee compliance inspections and timely milestones.
• Coordinate with trades to ensure on-time, 100% complete homes at closing.
• Maintain professional, proactive communication across the team.
