Job summary

United Built Homes, with over six decades of experience building custom homes, seeks a Construction Superintendent for our Rosenberg Design Center. You will oversee new home construction to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high customer satisfaction and lead warranty service for completed projects.

The role requires strong leadership, organization, and communication, plus >3 years in residential construction and >2 years in project management.

Qualifications

• High-level management, organizational, communication and supervision skills with attention to detail.
• 3+ years of residential construction project experience, plus 2+ years in project management.

Responsibilities

• New Home Construction: build high-quality homes on time and on budget, safely, with excellent customer service.
