Responsibilities

• Oversee the construction process of new homes, ensuring timely completion within budget and to high quality standards.
• Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to meet the construction schedule and safety requirements.
• Communicate professionally with trade partners, suppliers, building officials, homeowners, and Adams Homes team members.
• Maintain attention to detail and strong organizational skills in daily operations.
• Follow the construction scheduling process proficiently and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Visit job sites daily to inspect quality, monitor schedules, and provide guidance to ensure timely completion.
