Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health is seeking a Residential Behavioral Health Lead for the 2nd shift in Nelsonville, OH. You will supervise staff, coordinate care, and ensure a safe, therapeutic environment for residents at Mary Hill Youth and Family Center.

The role requires 3 years in healthcare/behavioral health, supervisory experience preferred, and HS diploma or GED with relevant certifications. Generous benefits and opportunities for training are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Crisis intervention cert (NCI) or ability to obtain.
• CPR/First Aid cert or ability to obtain.
• ServSafe cert or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations on the assigned shift, ensuring safety and adequate staffing.
• Lead, coach, and onboard residential behavioral health staff.
• Communicate with clinical staff, supervisors, and families regarding needs and concerns.
• Maintain a safe, structured environment and manage emergencies during the shift.
• Schedule and supervise activities, groups, and community outings; coordinate with clinical teams.
• Complete shift responsibilities including safety checks, documentation, and incident reports.
• Attend team meetings, trainings, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Transport residents for day trips when necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
