Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) seeks a Residential Behavioral Health Lead for the 2nd shift in Nelsonville, Ohio. You will oversee daily operations at Mary Hill Youth and Family Center, ensure a safe, clean, therapeutic environment, supervise staff, and coordinate care team meetings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field preferred.
• Crisis Intervention Certification (NCI) or ability to obtain.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead behavioral health staff member during assigned shifts, ensuring safe, efficient operations, adequate coverage, and compliance with program expectations.
• Provide leadership and informal coaching to staff through delegation, supervision, and onboarding/training.
• Communicate effectively with clinical staff, supervisors, and team members regarding resident needs and incidents.
• Maintain a safe, structured, therapeutic environment while supervising staff and responding to emergencies during the shift.
• Oversee daily schedules, therapeutic programming, life-skills activities, groups, and community outings with clinical collaboration.
• Ensure timely completion of shift duties, safety checks, staffing assignments, incident reports, and EHR documentation.
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, supervision, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Transport residents for day trips and outings as needed.
