Integrated Services for Behavioral Health invites applications for a Residential Behavioral Health Worker on the 1st shift in Nelsonville, OH. This role provides direct care and supervision to youth in a structured, supportive environment, ensuring safety and adherence to routines and policies.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, with at least three years of relevant experience or a bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum three years of directly relevant experience or peer certification.
• Demonstrated cultural awareness and ability to work with multi-need individuals.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a vehicle with appropriate insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assesses strengths and needs of youth in care.
• Provides direct, supervised behavioral health services.
• Delivers behavioral interventions in a safe, structured environment.
• Maintains schedules, daily routines, and documentation.
• Assists with meals, activities, and transport as needed.
• Completes daily youth activity summaries and submits on time.
• Coaches youth in health, hygiene, nutrition, and life skills.
• Ensures safety and adherence to program rules and policies.
