Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health in Nelsonville, Ohio seeks a Residential Behavioral Health Worker for the 2nd shift (2 pm–10 pm) to provide direct care and supervision in a facility-based setting.

You will assess youth, implement behavioral health interventions, document activities, and coordinate with teams. A high school diploma or GED is required with 3+ years of relevant experience; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum three years of directly relevant experience; Bachelor’s degree or peer certification preferred.
• Demonstrated high degree of cultural awareness.
• Experience with multi-need individuals and families.
• Able to operate an Internet-based, automated office environment.

Responsibilities

• Assesses or defines the strengths and needs of youth.
• Provides direct care and supervision through facility-based behavioral health services.
• Provides behavioral interventions within a safe, caring, structured environment.
• Maintains documentation and submits summaries on time.
• Provides transportation for youth as needed, ensuring safety.
