Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health in Nelsonville, OH seeks a Residential Behavioral Health Worker for the 3rd shift (10 pm - 6 am). The role focuses on assessment, direct care, and behavior support within a structured, supportive setting to promote youth well-being.

Responsibilities

• Assesses or defines the strengths and needs of youth.
• Provides direct care and supervision through facility based behavioral health services that are practical, helpful, and collaborative.
• Provides behavioral interventions within a safe, caring, and structured environment ensuring health and well-being.
• Ensures adherence to schedules and daily routine.
• Maintains necessary documentation, participates in program evaluation, attends team and program planning meetings.
