Job summary

The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is seeking a Lead Residential Advisor to supervise the Horizons Residential Programs and provide community support to women and children in the program.

The role works closely with the Program Manager to recruit, train and direct a paraprofessional staff team, ensuring high-quality residential services. Evening and night shifts are required. 40 hours/week, Mon-Fri 3:00 pm–11:00 pm.

Qualifications

• Must possess valid NC driver’s license.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Ability to work with a diverse population in a respectful and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Deliver community support services to the women and children in Horizons Residential Programs.
• Lead and train a paraprofessional 24/7 front-line staff team; recruit, train and direct staff under the Program Manager.
