Qualifications

• Minimum four years of full-time professional experience.
• Relevant experience in student services or housing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary case manager and administrator of the conduct system.
• Lead the departmental conduct committee and oversee the conduct process.
• Liaise with the Office of Student Conduct and the Office of the Dean of Students.
• Supervise 3–4 full-time Community Directors and ~60 undergraduate student staff.
• Participate in on-call crisis rotation and support student care.
