Hope Network is seeking a Lead Rehab Technician for Forest Glen 2 in Grand Rapids. This full-time, 2nd shift role supports individuals recovering from brain and spinal injuries, balancing hands-on care with team leadership on a 40-hour week.

Responsibilities include coaching Rehab Tech staff, on-call rotation, coordinating with medical providers, assisting with ADLs, and ensuring a safe, supportive environment. Strong communication, compassion, and reliability are essential.

Qualificações

• Two-year degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent leadership experience with HS diploma/GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to pass background checks and fingerprints.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification.

Responsabilidades

• Provides leadership, coaching, and oversight for Rehab Tech I, II, and II staff.
• Participates in the on-call rotation.
• Attend to administrative needs and coordinate with medical providers.
• Assist with daily living (ADLs), personal care, and medications.
• Support community outings, transportation, and activities.
• Build positive relationships and encourage independence.
• Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment.
