Hope Network is hiring a Lead Rehab Technician for Forest Glen 2 in Grand Rapids. This full-time 2nd shift (40 hours) role leads Rehab Tech staff, coordinates with medical providers, and supports individuals recovering from traumatic brain and spinal cord injuries while ensuring safe, person-centered services.

You will balance hands-on client care with coaching, scheduling, and supervision, including on-call duties and community outings.

Competenze

• Two-year degree required; equivalent leadership experience accepted with a high school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Pass background checks and fingerprints.
• CPR/First Aid certification is required.

As a Lead Rehabilitation Technician, you'll support individuals recovering from traumatic brain and spinal cord injuries while providing leadership to a team of Rehabilitation Technicians. You'll balance hands‑on client care with coaching, training, scheduling, and ensuring safe, high‑quality, person‑centered services.

What You'll Do

• Provides leadership, coaching, and oversight for Rehab Tech I, II, and II staff

• Support community outings, transportation, and activities

What You Bring

Required:
