Job summary

Hope Network in Kalamazoo, MI is seeking a Lead Rehabilitation Technician for the southwood location, 2nd shift, 40 hours. You will lead a team of Rehab Technicians, coach staff, and coordinate with medical providers while delivering high-quality, person-centered care to individuals recovering from TBI/SCI.

You’ll balance hands-on care with training, scheduling, and program oversight. This role emphasizes leadership, safety, and collaboration within a compassionate team.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree or equivalent leadership experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Must pass background checks and fingerprints.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching, and oversight for Rehab Tech I, II, and II staff.
• Participate in on-call rotation.
• Attend to administrative needs and coordinate with medical providers.
• Assist with daily living activities, personal care, and medications.
• Support community outings, transportation, and activities.
• Build positive relationships and promote independence.
• Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment.
