Hope Network in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Lead Rehabilitation Technician to oversee Rehab Tech I–III, balancing hands-on client care with coaching, scheduling, and ensuring safe, high-quality, person-centered services.

You will lead a team, participate in on-call rotations, and coordinate with medical providers while supporting daily living activities and community outings. CPR/First Aid certification eligibility required and a valid driver’s license.

Formación

• Two-year degree from an accredited college or university, equivalent leadership experience accepted with a High School Diploma or GED in lieu.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to pass background checks and fingerprints.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification.

As a Lead Rehabilitation Technician, you'll support individuals recovering from traumatic brain and spinal cord injuries while providing leadership to a team of Rehabilitation Technicians. You'll balance hands‑on client care with coaching, training, scheduling, and ensuring safe, high-quality, person-centered services.
