Hope Network Neuro Rehabilitation is seeking a Rehabilitation Technician I in Grand Rapids, MI. You will support individuals recovering from injuries to rebuild strength, independence, and quality of life, with hands-on help in daily living, hygiene, community involvement, and therapy goals.

In this role you will assist with ADLs, transportation, and activities, build trusting relationships, and maintain a safe, structured environment to encourage progress and autonomy.

As a Rehabilitation Technician I, you'll support individuals recovering from traumatic brain and spinal cord injuries as they rebuild strength, independence, and quality of life. You'll provide hands‑on assistance with daily living, hygiene, community involvement, and therapeutic goals while building meaningful relationships and celebrating each step toward greater independence.

What You Bring

Preferred:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Health care experience

Required:

• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to pass background checks and fingerprints
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification
