Job summary

Hope Network is seeking a Lead Rehab Tech for Maplewood - E. Beltline in Grand Rapids, MI. This full-time, first-shift on-site position blends hands-on care with leadership to support individuals recovering from traumatic brain and spinal cord injuries.

As a Lead Rehab Tech, you will guide Rehab Tech I and II staff, coordinate with medical providers, and assist with ADLs, medications, and community activities, while fostering a safe, person-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree or equivalent leadership experience
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Background checks and fingerprints
• CPR/First Aid certification

As a Lead Rehabilitation Technician, you'll support individuals recovering from traumatic brain and spinal cord injuries while providing leadership to a team of Rehabilitation Technicians. You'll balance hands-on client care with coaching, training, scheduling, and ensuring safe, high-quality, person-centered services.
