Job summary

Hope Network in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Rehab Tech I to join Maplewood on the East Beltline for 2nd shift. You will support individuals recovering from traumatic brain injuries (TBI) and spinal cord injuries (SCI) with daily living activities, personal care, transportation, and community involvement, helping clients regain strength and independence.

The role requires a high school diploma (preferred), a valid driver's license, ability to lift 50 lbs, background checks, CPR/First Aid

As a Rehabilitation Technician I, you'll support individuals recovering from traumatic brain injuries (TBI) and spinal cord injuries (SCI) as they rebuild their strength, independence and quality of life after hospitalization. Through hands‑on assistance with daily living activities, hygiene care, community involvement, and therapeutic goals, you'll help clients achieve meaningful milestones while building trusted, supportive relationships. Every shift is an opportunity to celebrate progress, promote healthy habits, and play a vital role in someone's journey toward a more independent future.
