Job summary

Phillips 66 Borger Refinery is seeking a Maintenance Leadoff to perform piping installation/removal, operate cranes and read engineered drawings while leading a team on day-to-day tasks. You will handle confined spaces, hot work, and PPE requirements, along with permit issuance and safe work practices.

A High School diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license are required; overtime and weekends may be needed.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States without restrictions.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Work extended shifts and overtime, including some weekends/holidays.
• Work in confined spaces and near large, high-speed machines.
• Climb up to 250 feet and lift at least 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Installation and removal of piping and piping components, rigging, vessels, exchangers, towers and tanks.
• Operate motorized and manual equipment including carry deck cranes, manlifts and forklifts.
• Read and interpret engineered drawings.
• Perform activities involving pulling, lifting, twisting and working in confined spaces.
• Wear fall protection and elevated PPE; obtain and follow permits to work.
