The Principal Clinician Recruiter provides full lifecycle recruiting support for Physician, Physician Leadership, Advanced Practice Clinicians, and senior roles. Collaborates with leadership on job scoping, pipeline strategy, and market alignment, acting as a trusted talent acquisition partner.
Responsibilities include leading end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, screening, managing candidate and hiring manager experience, developing talent pipelines, and overseeing offers and onboarding.
If residing in Oregon (preferably Portland, Eugene, or Corvallis), enjoy flexible remote work while tackling challenging roles.

The salary range is $89,800 to $176,700 annually, based on full-time employment and various factors. Benefits include comprehensive packages, incentives, stock options, and 401k contributions, subject to eligibility.
