The Principal Clinician Recruiter provides full lifecycle recruiting support for Physician, Physician Leadership, Advanced Practice Clinicians, and senior roles. Collaborates with leadership on job scoping, pipeline strategy, and market alignment, acting as a trusted talent acquisition partner.

Responsibilities include leading end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, screening, managing candidate and hiring manager experience, developing talent pipelines, and overseeing offers and onboarding.

If residing in Oregon (preferably Portland, Eugene, or Corvallis), enjoy flexible remote work while tackling challenging roles.

Primary Responsibilities
  1. Manage full recruitment lifecycle for clinical and leadership roles.
  2. Ensure excellent candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the process.
  3. Oversee onboarding in collaboration with hiring teams.
  4. Partner with clinical leadership and HR to plan and develop clinical talent.
  5. Contribute to business strategy related to clinical staffing.
  6. Advise on compensation and market trends for clinical roles.
  7. Influence leadership to adopt new recruitment approaches.

Required Qualifications
  1. 5+ years recruiting Advanced Practice Clinicians, Physicians, or Leadership roles.
  2. Knowledge of employment law relevant to hiring (OFCCP, EEO, AAP, etc.).
  3. Advanced sourcing skills (internet mining, networking, cold calling).
  4. Experience with CRM and applicant tracking systems.
  5. Ability to work remotely in Oregon (preferably Portland, Eugene, or Corvallis).
Preferred Qualifications
  1. 8+ years in a business role, preferably leadership, with results-driven experience.
  2. Experience in executive or senior clinical leadership searches.
  3. Healthcare setting experience working with clinicians and clinical leadership.
  4. Knowledge of clinician compensation plans.
  5. Compliance with UnitedHealth Group’s Telecommuter Policy for remote workers.

The salary range is $89,800 to $176,700 annually, based on full-time employment and various factors. Benefits include comprehensive packages, incentives, stock options, and 401k contributions, subject to eligibility.
