Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks a Senior Project Manager to provide consulting for a multi-use facility account, overseeing ground-up and MEP projects with up to 50% travel in the Eastern Time Zone. You will manage scope, budgets, schedules, risk, and quality while guiding a cross-functional team and maintaining strong client relations.

The role requires a background in real estate construction with strong leadership, organizational, and ERP tool skills.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Ground up construction and MEP infrastructure experience desired.
• Proficiency with Kahua and ERP platforms such as D365.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for multiple real estate projects.
• Prepare scope, resource requirements, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, quality control and risks.
• Define delivery resources and conduct RFIs, bids, and evaluations.
• Facilitate charter development and integrated timelines.
• Ensure on-schedule delivery and escalate issues as needed.
• Lead regular project status meetings and stakeholder communications.
• Collaborate to implement solutions and guide project teams.
• Apply advanced knowledge to improve methods and processes.
• Coach others and model CBRE RISE values.
