Job summary

Compleat Kidz in Rocky Mount, NC is seeking a Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA services to children, under the supervision of a BCBA. The role emphasizes communication, social and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors in our pediatric therapy clinics.

This lead position supports clinic operations, staff onboarding and training, and helps maintain high treatment integrity in a collaborative, growth-oriented team environment.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to support clinic needs and schedule changes.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans as written by the BCBA.
• Collect and communicate session data and relevant family information.
• Support clinic operations, scheduling awareness, and daily workflow.
• Assist with RBT onboarding, training support, and treatment integrity; foster a positive, professional clinic environment.
