Children's Specialized ABA seeks a Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to lead ABA classrooms in Clifton, NJ. You will mentor fellow BTs/RBTs, implement BCBA-designed goals, and ensure quality of care across sessions, while partnering with BCBAs to advance child outcomes.

The role emphasizes leadership, reliability, and commitment to continuing education in a busy clinic setting. On-site, full-time hours, with a strong teamwork culture and family-centered communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Active, unexpired RBT certification required and maintained.
• Minimum 6 months of experience as an RBT in a center-based setting.
• BCBA student status strongly preferred.
• Detail-oriented with reports and session notes.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on ABA therapy one-on-one or in group sessions with consistency.
• Implement BCBA-designed goals including reinforcement and DTT.
• Adapt strategies in real-time in collaboration with BCBAs.
• Conduct and interpret stimulus preference assessments.
• Maintain accurate data collection, notes, and program books; log in Central Reach within 24 hours.
• Design teaching materials to support learning.
