Job summary

ABA Centers of America in Wellesley Hills, MA is seeking a Lead Registered Behavior Technician to guide and mentor RBTs while delivering high-quality ABA services. As Lead RBT you will coordinate clinic schedules, support data collection, and ensure safety and fidelity of procedures.

The role offers full-time hours, competitive salary, and opportunities for advancement. Active BACB RBT certification required; 2-year degree preferred; after-hours availability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the day-to-day schedule of the clinic and maximize clinic productivity.
• Ensure RBTs have time to complete billing and administrative duties.
• Assist with data collection and analysis.
• Mentor RBTs and support learners.
• Cover for callouts to minimize missed services.
• Maintain client and staff safety as an extra support person.
