Qualifications

• At least 1 year of ABA experience.
• Reliable transportation, CPR / First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Availability for a minimum of 25 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and center-based settings.
• Mentor and support RBTs, modeling best practices and assisting with training.
• Collaborate closely with BCBAs on treatment planning and assessments.
