Children's Specialized ABA is seeking a Lead Registered Behavior Technician for our Social Connections Program in North Brunswick, NJ. You will lead clinical sessions, mentor teammates, and collaborate with BCBA supervisors to advance child goals.

This full-time, on-site role emphasizes leadership, documentation, and strong communication with families and staff. Prior RBT leadership and Central Reach fluency are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Active, unexpired RBT Certification — required and must be kept current.
• Minimum 6 months of RBT experience in a center-based setting.
• BCBA student status preferred.
• Detail-oriented with precise reports and notes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Comfort with learning Central Reach.
• Internal candidates: 80% competency threshold in duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on ABA therapy one-on-one or in groups.
• Implement BCBA goals with reinforcement and DTT.
• Adapt strategies with BCBA-approved guidance.
• Conduct and interpret assessments and checklists with BCBAs.
• Maintain accurate data and notes; log sessions in Central Reach within 24 hours.
• Design and develop teaching materials for therapy sessions.
• Own program organization and weekly schedules.
