Children's Specialized ABA in Owings Mills, MD invites an experienced Lead Registered Behavior Technician to lead the Social Connections Program. This full-time, on-site role focuses on mentoring BTs/RBTs, implementing BCBA-designed goals, and maintaining accurate data across sessions.

You will partner with BCBAs, design engaging materials, and manage daily operations while advancing children’s social skills in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Active RBT certification or minimum 1 year BT experience in a center-based setting.
• Minimum 6 months experience as an RBT in a center-based setting.
• BCBA student status preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong note-taking abilities.
• Comfort learning systems like Central Reach.
• Internal candidates: must meet 80% on competencies and be in good standing.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on ABA therapy one-on-one or in group sessions within Social Connections Program.
• Implement BCBA-designed goals including reinforcement, teaching, and behavior-reduction procedures.
• Adapt strategies in the moment while partnering with BCBAs on treatment integrity.
• Conduct and interpret stimulus preference assessments with BCBA collaboration.
• Maintain accurate data collection, session notes, and program books; log in Central Reach within 24 hours.
• Design teaching and therapeutic materials for engaging learning.
