Job summary

Applied ABC in Silver Spring, MD is seeking a Lead Registered Behavior Technician to mentor RBTs, deliver ABA therapy to children with autism, and partner with BCBAs to achieve client goals. This on-site leadership role emphasizes mentorship, coaching, and maintaining a high-performing clinical environment.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, active RBT certification, and a commitment to quality care. Schedule is Monday–Friday with occasional weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High School Diploma required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Experience providing ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as mentor and resource for RBT team members.
• Support onboarding and training of new staff.
• Provide coaching and feedback to promote clinical excellence.
• Maintain positive, collaborative team culture.
• Deliver high-quality ABA therapy following treatment plans.
• Collaborate with BCBAs to support client goals.
• Collect behavior data and complete session notes timely.
• Communicate progress and concerns to supervising clinicians.
