Applied ABC in Silver Spring, MD is seeking a Lead Registered Behavior Technician (Lead RBT) to mentor RBTs and deliver high-quality ABA therapy in a pediatric setting. In this on-site, full-time role, you will lead onboarding, coach staff, and ensure fidelity to individualized treatment plans while collaborating with BCBAs to support client outcomes and data collection.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Experience delivering ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a mentor and resource for RBT team members.
• Lead on-site ABA sessions and ensure fidelity to treatment plans.
• Provide coaching, real-time feedback, and supervision to staff.
• Document progress and data, and support clinical supervision and QA.
