Children's Specialized ABA, located in Voorhees, NJ, seeks a Lead RBT to support new staff and deliver high-quality ABA services to children with ASD. This full-time, on-site position requires an active RBT certificate and strong documentation skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• RBT certification is required and active.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn new systems such as Central Reach to provide ABA services.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy one-on-one or in group sessions to children with ASD.
• Implement and monitor goals designed by BCBA.
• Collect data and complete session notes per policy.
• Maintain and organize teaching materials and client program books.
• Communicate progress with parents and caregivers.
