Job summary

Pediatric Speech Lab in Waldorf, MD is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to work with children across clinic, home, daycare, school, and community settings. You’ll be supported by BCBA mentors and SLPs, with ongoing training and supervision to help you grow.

As an RBT, you will provide one-on-one ABA therapy, collect data, document sessions, and teach communication and daily living skills while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. We value compassionate, reliable team players.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to travel to client homes, daycare locations, schools and community settings.

Responsibilities
