Job summary

CONNECT THERAPIES is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician who is ready to take the next step into a leadership and mentorship role. The Lead RBT / Entry-Level Program Manager will continue providing direct services while supporting team coordination, staff mentorship, and communication across the client team.

This role bridges the gap between direct service and clinical leadership, and is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with clients while developing leadership and

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification strongly preferred.
• Experience implementing ABA programs with children.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Experience mentoring or supporting other BTs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA services to clients in school and community settings.
• Implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs designed by the BCBA.
• Assist with training and mentoring Behavior Technicians.
• Support implementation fidelity across the client team.
• Help facilitate communication between BCBAs, staff, and families.
• Assist with team meetings, parent training, and coordination of client programs.
• Review session documentation and help ensure accurate data collection.
• Receive ongoing mentorship to develop leadership and clinical support skills.
