Job summary

Applied ABC in Glendale, AZ is hiring a Lead Registered Behavior Technician (Lead RBT) to continue delivering high-quality ABA therapy while mentoring fellow RBTs under supervision from the BCBA team. This on-site, full-time role emphasizes leadership, clinical consistency, and strong client care.

You will mentor, coach, onboard new RBTs, monitor data collection, and collaborate with BCBAs to maintain service quality.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of ABA/RBT experience preferred.
• Experience mentoring or training other RBTs is preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor RBT team members through coaching and feedback.
• Assist with onboarding, shadowing, and development of new RBTs.
• Maintain client-centered ABA practices and ethical standards.
• Support center culture with collaboration and accountability.
• Provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
