Job summary

Applied ABC in Glendale, AZ is seeking a Lead Registered Behavior Technician (Lead RBT) to continue providing high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy while mentoring fellow RBTs and partnering closely with BCBAs to support clinical consistency and client care.

This on-site, full-time role emphasizes leadership, mentorship, and ongoing development within a collaborative center, with a bilingual English/Spanish requirement and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of ABA or RBT experience.
• Experience mentoring, training, onboarding, or supporting other RBTs.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles, behavior plans, and data collection.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor RBT team members with hands-on coaching and feedback.
• Assist with onboarding, shadowing, and development of new RBTs.
• Reinforce professional, ethical, and client-centered ABA practices.
• Support center culture through collaboration and accountability.
• Provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision and ensure treatment integrity.
