Job summary

Applied ABC in Woburn, MA is looking for a Lead Registered Behavior Technician to blend hands-on ABA therapy with leadership responsibilities. You will mentor RBTs, collaborate with BCBAs, and help shape clinical practice while delivering high-quality 1:1 services.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of ABA or RBT experience preferred.
• Experience mentoring, training, onboarding, or supporting other RBTs preferred.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles, behavior intervention plans, and data collection.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the RBT team, providing coaching and feedback.

• Maintain client progress data and ensure documentation quality.
