Applied ABC is seeking an experienced Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to advance into a leadership-focused role at our Stone Mountain center. The Lead RBT will continue providing high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy while mentoring RBTs and partnering with BCBAs to ensure clinical consistency and staff development.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys mentoring, taking initiative, and contributing to a positive clinical environment with scheduled in-center work and weekends as center

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• 2 years ABA or RBT experience preferred.
• Experience mentoring, training, onboarding, or supporting other RBTs preferred.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles, behavior intervention plans, and data collection.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead & Mentor: serve as a positive role model and clinical resource for RBT team members.
• Mentor and support RBTs through hands-on coaching, modeling, and feedback.
• Assist with onboarding, shadowing, and development of new RBTs.
• Support a collaborative and accountable center culture.
